Requirements
- •University degree in Finance, Economics, Law, or related field
- •3–5+ years of experience in banking regulatory reporting or prudential regulation
- •Experience in the Swiss market
- •In-depth knowledge of Swiss prudential and statistical reporting requirements
- •Ability to interpret and operationalise regulatory texts
- •Hands-on experience with regulatory reporting tools, preferably FiRE or similar solutions
- •Strong understanding of banking products
- •Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- •High attention to detail and data quality
- •Excellent communication skills
- •Ability to draft clear technical specifications and documentation
- •Team-oriented, proactive, and autonomous working style
- •Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- •Fluency in English plus German or French preferred

Tasks
- •Ensure compliance with Swiss and Liechtenstein regulatory reporting requirements
- •Own the regulatory reporting process in FiRE for SNB statistics and Basel IV capital
- •Interpret regulatory texts and translate them into business rules and technical specifications
- •Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on FiRE configurations
- •Configure and maintain FiRE interfaces and client configurations
- •Define and document functional and technical requirements for FiRE changes
- •Perform and coordinate functional testing for new FiRE releases and regulatory changes
- •Design and operate data quality and control frameworks around FiRE
- •Act as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders on regulatory reporting topics
