Requirements

  • Significant experience in business development, strategic partnerships, enterprise sales, or related leadership roles
  • Proven track record driving revenue growth, developing strategic business opportunities, and executing complex commercial agreements
  • Demonstrated success building, leading, and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong executive presence and ability to build relationships with senior leaders, customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Experience leading complex negotiations and managing large-scale business initiatives
  • Strong business acumen with effective communication, collaboration, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving, and cross-functional environments
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans aligned with organizational goals
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
