Supply Planning Manager EMEA(m/w/x)
Driving SOP and supply planning for food, beverage, and agriculture safety solutions across EMEA and APAC. 8+ years supply chain experience, with 4+ years in leadership, required. International scope across EMEA and APAC.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in supply chain management or related field
- At least 4 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of supply chain planning, inventory management, production planning, and demand management
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning tools
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage complex supply chain operations
- Ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and develop a team
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics or related field
- Master's degree preferred
Tasks
- Drive and coordinate the SOP process for EMEA and APAC
- Oversee detailed supply plans to ensure timely product availability
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to balance stock and optimize working capital
- Align manufacturing schedules with demand forecasts and inventory needs
- Evaluate the supply chain process to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- Implement best practices and new technologies for supply planning
- Deploy and structure KPIs in line with company targets
- Track and report on key performance metrics related to stock availability
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, production, and logistics for alignment
- Oversee projects for product launches and supply chain initiatives
- Develop and mentor a team of supply chain planners and business leads
