Supply Chain planner(m/w/x)
Analyzing MRP and optimizing production bottlenecks for a logistics provider. Minimum 2 years of supply chain experience required. 12-month contract, retirement programs, and employee stock purchase plan.
Requirements
- Technical degree (Engineering…)
- Minimum 2 years experience in supply chain/logistics (forecast, planning, procurement, warehouse, movements)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI)
- Strong English language skills
- Knowledge of dangerous goods transportation rules (highly desired)
- Teamwork and relationship building skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Interest in implementing and optimizing processes
- Adaptability in a changing environment
- Experience working with and communicating with external suppliers
- Time and priority management, sense of responsibility
- Collaboration, information sharing via presentations and reporting
- Critical thinking and analytical skills
- Experience in ISO 9001-certified environment
Tasks
- Analyze MRP and plan production orders
- Optimize production by addressing bottlenecks
- Place and follow up on supplier orders
- Ensure timely delivery of items to customers
- Define and maintain optimal stock levels
- Order spare parts, raw materials, and finished products
- Communicate with Sales and Operations for exceptions
- Discuss supply chain with critical suppliers
- Analyze and report inventory
- Maintain and improve the quality system
- Comply with ISO 9001 and other regulations
- Manage pick lists for production
- Transfer stock between internal and external warehouses
- Coordinate shipment and delivery reception
- Finalize ERP logistics activities
- Conduct physical inventory counts
- Input and maintain stock information in ERP
- Ensure logistical materials are replenished
- Report KPIs and suggest improvements
- Optimize supply chain processes
- Participate in new product launches
- Manage phase-in and phase-out activities
