Tasks

  • Develop, implement, and manage an efficient team
  • Advise internal departments on safety, quality, delivery, and continuous improvements
  • Ensure workplace compliance with Safety, Health, and Environmental rules
  • Ensure workmanship quality meets SRT and airworthiness regulations
  • Assign employees to jobs
  • Maintain vacation planning according to engine planning
  • Monitor labor efficiency
  • Organize cross-departmental support for performance
  • Organize support for tools, equipment, and work documentation
  • Manage human resources to ensure skill availability
  • Identify employee and departmental training needs
  • Execute and promote Continuous Improvements with Lean principles
  • Manage and improve processes to achieve KPIs
  • Drive a strong performance culture
  • Set periodic performance targets
  • Conduct regular structured employee follow-ups
  • Apply the Performance Management Process (PMP)
  • Lead to motivate and engage employees
