Requirements

• •4 years technical apprenticeship
• •Experience in Engine MRO
• •Minimum of 3 years in industrial manufacturing
• •Excellent communication skills
• •English level minimum B2
• •Readiness for two-shift work
• •Good knowledge of operations
• •Ability to lead and motivate employees
• •Willingness to educate and train
• •Good interpersonal skills
• •High independence and self-initiative
• •Good IT knowledge, incl. SAP R/3
• •Knowledge of Continuous Improvement

Tasks

• •Manage and lead a multicultural team.

• •Assist in defining and implementing shop layout.
• •Support internal and external audits and improvements.
• •Participate in candidate interviews for selection.
• •Coordinate arrangements for the admission process.
• •Manage on-the-job training and certification processes.

• •Identify and develop a supervisor deputy.
• •Define and ensure adherence to 5S standards.
• •Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
