Requirements

  • •5+ years in aircraft/turbine engine maintenance
  • •5+ years as a supervisor or lead technician
  • •Strong understanding of maintenance procedures and safety standards
  • •Proven ability to manage workflow and meet deadlines
  • •Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • •Proficiency with maintenance documentation systems
  • •English B2+ proficiency

  • •Initiate corrective actions as needed
  • •Oversee the use of manuals and documentation in the shop
  • •Ensure technical and administrative tasks meet standards
  • •Drive 5S and Lean Six Sigma initiatives
  • •Plan service times and schedules for continuous improvement
  • •Maintain industrial hygiene and work quality per QSS
  • •Act as a point of contact for authorities and customers
