Description

In this role, you will lead the Accounts Payable team by guiding process improvements and ensuring efficient payment processing. Your daily responsibilities will include overseeing check runs, collaborating with other departments, and providing insights on performance metrics.

Requirements

• •3 to 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable and Procurement or Travel Expenses function
• •Excellent proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
• •Knowledge of SAP S4/HANA
• •Knowledge of English language (verbal and written)
• •Recent experience within Accounts Payable/Procurement or Finance Department

Tasks

• •Guide and support AP team members
• •Develop and implement new processes
• •Identify and execute workflow improvements
• •Oversee AP check runs
• •Run cash requirement reports
• •Make necessary adjustments for check runs
• •Ensure timely and accurate payment processing
• •Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs)
• •Monitor and improve invoice processing activities
• •Provide regular reporting on AP performance
