  • •Minimum age of 20 with EU citizenship or Swiss residency
  • •At least 2 years of experience supervising and entertaining children/teens
  • •Fluency in English with additional language skills as a plus
  • •Skills in leading activities such as sports, arts, drama, and dance
  • •Demonstrated leadership and positive attitude
  • •Ability to remain calm under stress
  • •Creativity and flexibility
  • •Strong team player with high workload capacity
  • •Experience working in multicultural environments

  • •Act as the main contact for families and address concerns
  • •Communicate schedules and concerns with campers, parents, and staff
  • •Respond calmly and effectively in emergencies
