Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or master's degree program or similar
  • •Interest in institutional clients and investor onboarding
  • •Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
  • •Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • •High level of trust, discretion, and professionalism
  • •Keen eye for detail-oriented administrative tasks
  • •Efficiency, accuracy, organization, and flexibility
  • •Strong ability to take ownership and responsibility
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with database management is a bonus

Currently in higher education

  • •Validate and update investor data for accuracy
  • •Execute administrative and operational requests
  • •Contribute to projects enhancing internal processes
  • •Review documentation for FATCA and CRS compliance
  • •Coordinate between departments to resolve queries
