In this role, you will play a vital part in the Private Markets Operations team by managing data extraction and validation, ensuring data quality, and addressing client inquiries. This position also involves supporting projects aimed at process improvements and automation.

Requirements

  • Enrollment in university pursuing degree in business informatics, business administration, computer science, or similar at Bachelor or Masters level
  • Work experience in financial industry and/or process improvements
  • Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel
  • Strong proficiency in written and verbal communication in English; German would be an asset
  • Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Demonstrated interest and capability in working with data, including analyzing and interpreting information
  • Pro-active, diligent and motivated team player

Tasks

  • Extract and validate data from financial reports
  • Maintain Private Equity-related data
  • Ensure consistent data quality throughout processes
  • Identify and report data anomalies and inconsistencies
  • Process client inquiries
  • Assist with projects and support process improvements or automation

Currently in higher education
