Requirements

  • •2–4 years of experience in data & analytics, management consulting, or a related field
  • •Strong analytical and communication skills
  • •Experience with data management, analytics, AI concepts, and exposure to intelligent automation or agentic AI
  • •Proactive and solution-oriented
  • •Excellent command of written and spoken English and either German or French at C1 level minimum

Tasks

  • •Deliver workstreams in Data & AI Strategy
  • •Support the design and proof-of-value of GenAI use cases
  • •Contribute to Intelligent Automation solutions
  • •Analyze client data landscapes
  • •Co-create Data & AI strategies aligned with business goals
  • •Prepare and facilitate workshops on GenAI and intelligent automation
  • •Design solutions for data quality and governance
  • •Develop assets for new ED&A offers
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • •Support the professional growth of junior colleagues
  • •Lead AI-ready data governance for clinical data
  • •Identify agentic AI use cases in R&D
  • •Analyze sales and inventory data for demand forecasting
  • •Design data quality dashboards for omnichannel initiatives
  • •Prepare materials for workshops on AI-driven fraud detection
  • •Lead data readiness for smart factory initiatives
  • •Analyze citizen service data for automation opportunities
