Requirements

  • •University degree in business or STEM
  • •3+ years hybrid consulting and Data & AI-related work experience
  • •Strong consulting foundations: effective communication, slide-based storytelling, research, project management, workshop facilitation, pragmatism, output-focused work
  • •Demonstrated experience in one or more verticals (banking, insurance, life sciences, manufacturing, retail), good knowledge of its value chain, challenges, key trends related to Data & AI
  • •Project experience in Data and/or AI strategy, governance, and management
  • •Project experience in Data & AI implementation projects, from idea to production
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • •Assertiveness, eloquence, proactivity, and enthusiasm
  • •Customer-centric thinking and communication across disciplines and levels of seniority
  • •Results-oriented and able to win over stakeholders and decision-makers

Bachelor's degree
