Designing AI strategy and use cases with emerging GenAI methods for enterprise clients. Hands-on GenAI, agentic AI, or data product experience required. Hybrid work, 5 weeks vacation.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years experience in strategy, transformation, data & analytics, AI, digital, or related field
  • Consulting, fast-paced technology, or innovation-driven business role experience
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to connect business priorities and technology implications
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI, agentic AI, analytics, automation, app builders, workflow orchestration, data products, or AI-enabled transformation
  • Experience with n8n, Power Automate, Claude, Azure, AWS, LangChain, or CrewAI
  • Work with modern AI-native delivery tooling
  • Builder mindset: turning ideas into tangible
  • Comfortable working beyond conceptual advisory
  • Proactive, curious, hands-on, and motivated to learn fast
  • Adaptability in a frontier environment
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Business-proficient German (C1) for Zurich
  • Business-proficient French (C1) for Geneva

Tasks

  • Work with emerging AI methods and partner ecosystem
  • Support client engagements in Data & AI strategy
  • Identify value from AI, analytics, and automation
  • Facilitate workshops on AI strategy and use case discovery
  • Design prototypes, pilots, and implementation workflows
  • Contribute to reusable assets and methods
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Build, test, and iterate on ideas
