Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, construction, facility management, or comparable qualification, ideally with further training in procurement
  • At least 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in construction services and project management in an international environment
  • Solid knowledge of RFI/RFP processes and investment environment (CapEx); knowledge of SIA standards is an advantage
  • Analytical and structured work manner, ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
  • Confident communication and effective negotiation in German and English; French is a plus
  • Independent and proactive action, maintaining overview under time pressure

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies
  • Optimize costs and manage risks
  • Manage procurement for strategic investment projects
  • Handle new builds, conversions, and refurbishments
  • Oversee end-to-end procurement process
  • Identify demand and verify invoices
  • Negotiate and manage contracts
  • Serve as key procurement contact globally
  • Develop and manage supplier portfolio
  • Evaluate suppliers on performance, quality, and reliability
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support site planning activities
