Requirements

Tasks

  • Act as primary advisor to the CLS Head
  • Develop and execute strategic plans and commitments
  • Drive operational efficiencies and stakeholder connectivity
  • Keep the CLS Head apprised of key initiatives
  • Provide project oversight for cross-functional initiatives
  • Coordinate budgets and integrated project plans
  • Support the CLS Head in achieving team objectives
  • Shape the agenda and moderate governance bodies
  • Proactively identify and resolve upcoming issues
  • Improve organizational processes
  • Provide high-level support for complex problems
  • Coordinate day-to-day cross-organizational activities
  • Provide operational leadership within the leadership team
  • Ensure alignment among key stakeholders
  • Deliver seamless execution of deliverables
  • Validate budget alignment with Finance partners
  • Facilitate communication as an organizational ambassador
  • Lead leadership team meetings and action planning
  • Track deliverables and key performance indicators
  • Manage meeting agendas, moderation, and minutes
  • Align goal setting across cross-functional teams
  • Manage critical decision-making bodies
  • Identify synergies and simplify organizational structures
  • Prepare content for internal and external meetings
  • Support change management and culture initiatives
  • Execute internal communication plans
