Requirements
- •Minimum BS/BA degree, preferably MA or MBA
- •Strategic consulting background preferred
- •Over 5 years in the Pharma industry, ideally in a regional/global environment or major consultancy
- •5+ years of experience in project management, operations, and/or people leadership is a plus
- •Ability to influence without authority
- •Ability to work independently and collaboratively, strong leadership and organizational skills
- •Ability to communicate ideas and data verbally and in writing persuasively
- •Highly autonomous, self-directed, and collaborative
- •Proven ability to refine and improve organizational capabilities

- •Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CLS Head
- •Provide high-level executive support for complex problems and initiatives
- •Assist the CLS Head with day-to-day responsibilities
- •Ensure coordination of cross-organizational activities
- •Develop a clear understanding of CLS ambitions and priorities
- •Provide operational leadership as a member of the CLS leadership team
- •Lead key initiatives and manage cross-functional projects
- •Demonstrate collaborative leadership to align stakeholders
- •Work cross-functionally to deliver strategic and operational plans
- •Ensure budget alignment with Finance partners and CLS leaders
- •Act as an ambassador for the CLS Head and leadership team
- •Facilitate communication with other organization members
- •Lead CLS leadership team meetings, including agenda and action planning
- •Track deliverables and KPIs for the CLS team
- •Drive governance by moderating meetings and taking minutes
- •Shape team priorities and align goal setting across teams
- •Manage critical decision-making bodies effectively
- •Identify opportunities to simplify processes and drive synergies
- •Coordinate timely preparation of CLS content for meetings
- •Support change management and culture initiatives
- •Build and execute an internal communications plan aligned to CLS priorities
