  • Craft compelling propositions aligned with client business goals
  • Maximize value from existing customer investments
  • Position and expand investment in new technology
  • Collaborate with CSMs, consultants, and digital strategy teams
  • Lead client engagements and value framework development
  • Manage communications with C-level executives
  • Facilitate relationships between client and company stakeholders
  • Generate net-new revenue through strategic sales development
  • Work closely with partners and consulting teams
  • Build customer references and vertical-specific value metrics
  • Execute marketing and PR activities with the marketing team
  • Demonstrate and apply value-selling capabilities
