Requirements
- Minimum 8 years retail experience
- At least 2 years managerial experience (preferably luxury retail)
- Strong business acumen
- Solid understanding of market and customers
- People management and development skills
- Very good English knowledge
Tasks
- Represent the brand philosophy on the shop floor
- Lead Client Advisors in brand and product awareness
- Transmit brand philosophy and core values to the team
- Cultivate customer relationships through shop floor presence
- Guide the team in providing unique service experiences
- Ensure service aligns with brand philosophy and corporate image
- Communicate clearly and courteously with clients and team
- Actively listen to establish mutual trust
- Guide the team to maximize sales and performance
- Report missed opportunities to company management
- Provide feedback on sales trends, customer satisfaction, and competitors
- Liaise with HQ Retail Buying office on product assortment
- Ensure high standards through Visual Guidelines implementation
- Coordinate team in assembling and dismantling visual displays
- Support event and trunk show organization
- Introduce new customers to the brand
- Instil and increase customer loyalty
- Provide CRM action ideas
- Manage and motivate the team in daily activities
- Ensure team members receive continuous feedback
- Promote respect and collaboration among colleagues
- Coach team members
- Conduct group and one-to-one meetings
- Supervise the stock area
- Support during inventories
- Ensure retail operations procedures are respected
- Ensure HQ guidelines are followed
- Cultivate direct contact with headquarters
- Use main IT applications and systems
- Update new company tools, including Xstore and Salesforce
