- Analyze compensation and benefits trends
- Develop learning quality and experience on property
- Deliver workplace learning and development programs
- Implement performance improvement initiatives
- Advocate the Golden Rule in employee actions
- Ensure the hotel is perceived as the Employer of Choice

- Bachelor's degreeOR
