- Proven track record in station management or senior operational leadership in aviation
- Experience leading and managing technical teams operationally
- Experience strengthening leadership capabilities across teams
- Strong financial acumen and strategic planning skills
- In-depth knowledge of safety, quality, and EASA Part-145 regulations
- Customer-focused mindset with proactive problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills across all stakeholder levels
- English proficiency (C1)
- French language skills (advantageous)
- EU passport, Swiss passport, or Swiss working permit
Tasks
- Manage and motivate a skilled team
- Deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality maintenance services
- Oversee scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
- Rectify defects and ensure regulatory compliance
- Plan and allocate staff, equipment, and infrastructure
- Optimize resources for peak efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Foster a robust safety culture
- Uphold uncompromising quality standards
- Manage budgets and control costs
- Achieve employer of choice targets
- Meet operational KPIs
- Apply LEAN methodologies
- Implement Continuous Improvement (CI) practices
- Utilize 5S methodologies to drive performance gains
