  • 8+ years technical sales experience in water industry or related fields
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in science or engineering
  • Proven track record in consultative technical sales and closing complex B2B deals
  • Familiarity with long-cycle solution sales and tender-based procurement
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in building and managing sales team
  • Fluent (C1 OR C2) in English and German
  • Swiss working permit or eligibility to work in Switzerland
