Requirements
- Technical sales experience in water industry or related field
- 8+ years technical sales experience in water industry or related fields
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in science or engineering
- Proven track record in consultative technical sales and closing complex B2B deals
- Familiarity with long-cycle solution sales and tender-based procurement
- Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in building and managing sales team
- Fluent (C1 OR C2) in English and German
- Swiss working permit or eligibility to work in Switzerland
- Growth mindset
- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution
- Customer-centric problem-solving approach
- Ability to show agility and resilience in fast-paced startup environment

- Draft proposals with the tech team
- Represent Oxyle at industry events
- Act as a credible ambassador
- Develop strategic lighthouse customers
- Build a high-performing sales team

- Leverage customer feedback for product roadmap

- Suggest innovations
