Requirements
- •Bachelor, Master, or PhD in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, or Food Science
- •Proficiency in English; German is a plus
- •Minimum of 4 years in pharmaceutical operations within a GMP environment
- •Strong experience in biotech processes, sterile processes, and production equipment handling
- •Ability to thrive in a matrix environment with cross-functional teams
- •Willingness to travel occasionally and availability for remote on-call duties
- •Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards

- •Provide support and troubleshooting in Drug Substance Manufacturing areas
- •Oversee equipment installation, maintenance, and calibration
- •Review exceptions and support batch record reviews
- •Lead deviation investigations and CAPAs
- •Represent operations in facility design and tech transfer
- •Commission and validate new production lines
- •Drive continuous quality and process improvements
- •Collaborate with various departments and external partners
- •Take accountability for presence, performance, and efficiency
- •Adopt a customer-centric approach in all activities
