Sr. Manager – Steel & Castings Procurement(m/w/x)

Description

In this leadership role, you will drive global procurement strategies for steel and castings while managing supplier relationships to ensure the company's long-term growth and supply chain resilience.

Requirements

• •Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or preferred Master’s/MBA
• •8+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain
• •Global category management experience
• •Track record in cost optimization, negotiations, and risk management
• •Experience in industrial, HVAC, or manufacturing sectors preferred
• •Proficiency in procurement systems and analytics tools
• •Understanding of cost modeling, commodity markets, and sourcing
• •Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• •Ability to influence across functions and cultures
• •English proficiency required; additional languages advantageous

Tasks
