- Ability to transform extensive data into insights via a Business Intelligence tool
- Very good communication skills
- Deadline driven and ability to work under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Microsoft Dynamics and/or SAP exposure
Tasks
- Conduct detailed financial analyses
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting
- Provide insights for strategic decisions
- Collaborate with departments to understand financial needs
- Support preparation of weekly outlook and budgets
- Prepare financial forecasts and track performance against targets
- Create regular and ad-hoc financial reports
- Analyze deviations from budgets and forecasts
- Identify root causes and recommend corrective actions
- Build financial models for scenario evaluation
- Collaborate with business leaders on strategic initiatives
- Provide financial analysis for project and investment decisions
- Track KPIs and develop action plans for improvement
- Identify and assess financial risks
- Develop mitigation strategies for financial risks
- Collaborate with finance back-office functions for regulatory support
