Requirements

- •Experience in business analytics or reporting
- •Pharmaceutical sector exposure is a plus
- •Proficiency with Excel and ThinkCell
- •Advanced analytical skills and BI familiarity
- •Data cleaning, harmonisation, and integration skills
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- •Clear written and verbal communication skills
- •Fluency in English
- •German and/or French are nice to have
- •Willingness to learn and apply feedback
- •Ability to work in cross-functional teams
- •Effective time management and multitasking skills
- •Comfortable interacting with analysts and managers
- •Reliable execution and accountability

- •Execute qualitative and quantitative analyses

- •Prepare data and patient funnel inputs

- •Evaluate brand and market performance
- •Communicate results with relevant context
- •Design and maintain user-centric dashboards
- •Ensure data accuracy and consistent refreshes
- •Identify data or workflow bottlenecks
- •Propose practical refinements for operational efficiency
