Requirements

  • Strong commercial judgment, analytical rigor, and influencing ability
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field
  • Experience in Sales, Key Account Management, or Commercial roles (preferably FMCG, beverage, or fast-moving consumer goods)
  • Experience managing wholesaler or distributor accounts (strong advantage)
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and financial analysis skills
  • High analytical capability, translating data into action
  • Understanding of wholesaler dynamics and route-to-market models in Switzerland
  • Fluent English and German
  • Swiss German, Italian, and French (differential)

Tasks

  • Drive sustainable, profitable growth in the wholesaler channel
  • Develop long-term partnerships with key wholesaler accounts
  • Build and execute customer-specific growth strategies
  • Serve as primary point of contact for key customers
  • Lead annual negotiations and strategic review meetings
  • Design and track promotional and pricing plans
  • Manage monthly volume planning and forecasting
  • Identify and leverage portfolio optimization opportunities
  • Assess market dynamics and execution quality
  • Translate insights into commercial recommendations
  • Prospect new customers in focus channels
  • Achieve new listings and contracts for Campari brands
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
  • Own commercial KPIs and performance targets
  • Monitor results and propose corrective actions
  • Manage investment discipline and ROI tracking
  • Collaborate with Customer Marketing, Finance, and Sales Support
  • Facilitate seamless execution between internal teams and customers
