Requirements
- Advanced university degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, life science, law or equivalent
- Functional certification such as CPHQ, HCQM or ISO equivalent
- Solid working experience in QA management
- Experience with QA regulatory policies
- Experience with external partner engagement
- Experience in developing QA policies and tools
- Work experience with major multilateral organizations
- Experience in matrix organizations and cross-functional teams
- Minimum 5 years experience in QA management or regulatory affairs
- Excellent knowledge of English and French
- Legal knowledge

Tasks
- Develop and enhance QA policies

- Coordinate QA matters with the Board
- Advise internal teams on QA requirements
- Create guidelines for policy operationalization
- Generate evidence from quality assurance data
- Maintain supporting IT and digital tools
- Align QA approaches across supply operations
- Lead feedback sessions with regulatory bodies
- Harmonize policies with interagency working groups
- Monitor performance and KPI reporting
- Support the QA team's functional transformation
- Standardize and automate QA processes
- Redesign product and vendor management systems
