Tasks

  • Ensure events meet uniform excellence standards
  • Develop event production frameworks and tools
  • Plan and execute event logistics services
  • Coordinate session logistics and venue setups
  • Manage technical requests, catering, and interpretation
  • Code event data into internal platforms
  • Provide support and guidelines to organizing teams
  • Track progress and manage logistical changes
  • Share updates with internal and external parties
  • Oversee catering for participants and staff
  • Coordinate participant accommodation and flight logistics
  • Manage staff quotas and registration processes
  • Arrange staff flights, visas, and accommodation
  • Manage internal and external staff communications
  • Recruit and train external onsite support staff
  • Assess internal needs for event attendants
  • Plan airport welcome and VIP transportation
  • Coordinate event signage and maps
  • Manage transportation of event materials and equipment
  • Implement sustainable event planning practices
  • Support event planning and production cycles
  • Meet key deliverables within deadlines and budget
  • Analyze data to support fact-based decisions
  • Coordinate with internal business and media teams
  • Liaise with local authorities and vendors
  • Execute procurement and contracting for services
  • Apply security-related principles to event planning
  • Support in-house training on delivery processes
  • Facilitate meetings with key service providers
  • Contribute to post-event debriefs and analysis
