- •Knowledge of space mission systems engineering or MBSE
- •Experience with mission analysis
- •Excellent communication and leadership skills

- •Manage satellite mission projects from proposal to in-space operation
- •Consult with customers to define business and mission requirements
- •Build and lead multidisciplinary engineering teams
- •Ensure project deliveries meet time, cost, and quality standards
- •Identify project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies
- •Participate actively in the initial proposal phase
- •Coordinate between customers, engineers, and diverse suppliers
- •Empower colleagues through a servant-leadership approach
