Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or comparable qualification
- Master’s degree in Finance or professional certifications (CIA, CPA, CFA) advantageous
- 10–15 years experience in management consulting, CFO Advisory, or Financial Audit
- Executive‑level relationship management and influence skills
- B2B enterprise background with complex SaaS deal cycles
- Top‑tier consulting and industry specialization ideally
- Success in account management, solution sales, or customer success
- Understanding of solution selling and account planning methodologies
- SAP Finance/Spend and domain expertise strongly preferred
- Solid grasp of AI and innovation trends
- Ability to create ROI‑driven business cases and narratives
- Strategic thinker with robust business acumen and client advocacy
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to collaborate in matrixed environments and influence
- Analytical and outcome‑oriented mindset
Tasks
- Manage strategic relationships with Swiss C-suite stakeholders
- Develop comprehensive account strategies aligned with customer goals
- Lead end-to-end process mapping and transformation roadmaps
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within accounts
- Drive go-to-market execution for AI-driven SAP solutions
- Orchestrate tailored demos and prototypes using customer data
- Craft quantified value propositions and ROI business cases
- Lead complex commercial and contractual negotiations
- Monitor solution adoption and secure customer references
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate with global consulting partners on joint value propositions
- Maintain deep technical knowledge of SAP Finance and AI
