- •2+ years of professional working experience in sales of business software/IT solutions
- •First experience in the public sector advantageous
- •Deep understanding of the HR solution market and HR business
- •Demonstrated success with large transactions in HR software business
- •Ability to work in a larger virtual account team and lead without authority
- •Proven contractual and negotiation skills
- •Experience driving renewals, expansions, and up-sells of solutions
- •Willingness to work with complex customer organizations in Retail or Public industry
- •Fluent German and English language skills mandatory

- •Leverage SAP's expert team to meet customer needs
- •Encourage customer participation in SAP communities and events
- •Facilitate collaboration with the partner ecosystem
