- 10+ years experience in software or instrumentation/equipment industry
- Experience in multidisciplinary environments
- Manage full lifecycle of complex products or solutions
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence and negotiate
- Synthesize complex topics
- Clearly communicate complex topics
- Strong analytical skills

- Flexible mindset

- Fluent in English

- Ability to travel – up to 20%
Tasks
- Define solution roadmap with commercial teams
- Maintain solutions portfolio for consistency
- Manage solution lifecycle from definition to phasing-out
- Support Sales and bid teams with technical input
- Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Solution Delivery, and Operations
- Drive change management for solution evolution
- Review commercial opportunities technically
- Assess feasibility and fit of proposed solutions
