- Drive initiatives supporting business and financial goals
- Identify risks and cross-team dependencies
- Translate strategic EPICs into actionable features
- Foster Agile and DevOps principles
- Optimize the RD&E application landscape
- Manage relationships with technology partners
- Lead and mentor a team of employees
