Requirements

  • Experience in project management, customer success, or customer service operations
  • Ideally, experience in SaaS, enterprise software, automotive/manufacturing, product costing, or product sustainability
  • Proven analytical problem-solving ability
  • Entry-level programming skills (e.g., Python)
  • Familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Excellent English communication and comprehension skills
  • Good German client communication skills
  • Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly
  • Ability to listen to customers to understand issues
  • Strong expertise in manufacturing industry and/or product costing (if German < C1)
  • Attention to detail
  • Proactivity in identifying and reporting issues
  • Ability to work independently
  • Full ownership of tasks
  • Experience or willingness to work with Asana, Jira, Confluence, Zendesk, Slack, G-Suite, MS Office
  • Willingness to travel within Europe
