- Semiconductor toolchains, compilers, AI/ML frameworks, or embedded systems software experience preferred
- Coordinating cross-team software integration efforts

- Technical literacy in compiler toolchains, runtime systems, model optimisation, inference pipelines
- Understanding engineering landscape for management
- Improving delivery predictability on complex software projects
- Estimation calibration experience
- Phased integration planning experience
- Experience in matrixed environment
- Managing by influence across teams
- Building trust with senior engineers
- Familiarity with AI/ML model deployment pipelines
- Familiarity with LLM/generative AI workloads
- Familiarity with agile or SAFe-inspired planning methodologies
- PI planning experience
- Sprint/iteration management experience
- Backlog refinement experience
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English
- Translating complex technical status to clear summaries
- Strong attention to detail
- Tracking task-level dependencies
- Identifying estimation drift
- Maintaining accurate project records
- Ability to work independently with autonomy
- Proactively identifying issues and driving resolution
Tasks
- Manage day-to-day planning and execution of complex software projects
- Coordinate across multiple software sub-teams
- Build and maintain detailed project plans with task dependencies
- Work with engineering sub-team leads to establish realistic estimates
- Identify and define integration milestones and dependencies
- Drive the integration process for assigned projects
- Ensure integration tasks have clear technical ownership
- Establish and track definition-of-done criteria for project phases
- Facilitate daily or appropriate-cadence coordination standups
- Identify and resolve blockers within 24 hours
- Assign and track resolution of issues to named engineers
- Monitor estimation accuracy and delivery predictability
- Identify and address patterns of optimistic estimation
- Escalate single-person critical path dependencies
- Prepare and maintain project-level status views and risk registers
- Contribute to programme-level process improvements
- Align project plans with overall release roadmap and portfolio priorities
