Requirements

  • •Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems
  • •Strong technical problem-solving skills
  • •Builder and tinkerer’s mindset with high agency
  • •Comfort working directly with customers
  • •Excellent communication skills
  • •Experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production
  • •Experience as a founder or founding engineer

  • •Prior experience with React, TypeScript, and/or Go
  • •Experience interfacing with customers or leading technical projects

  • •Design and deliver production-grade AI agents
  • •Build and ship highly performant and reliable AI agents
  • •Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC)
  • •Own the process from pilot through deployment and iteration
  • •Build, tune, and evolve AI agents in production environments
  • •Define best practices for the Agent Development Life Cycle
  • •Partner with large enterprises to address business challenges
  • •Collaborate with startups to embed AI agents across their business stack
  • •Guide the evolution of Sierra's core platform through customer feedback
  • •Prototype new tools and features based on unmet needs
  • •Design AI agents for telecommunications and media companies
  • •Develop AI agents for complex customer interactions
  • •Create generalizable AI agent frameworks for specific industries
  • •Facilitate design partnerships for new product initiatives
  • •Experiment with voice models for enterprise-grade integration
