Requirements
- 5-7+ years Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or technical sales experience
- Past experience in demo building, presenting, and customer interaction
- Experience in relationship-building with potential customers, including executives
- Experience leading sales process with Enterprise customers
- Ability to connect prospect business problems and solutions for technical/non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
- AI-related experience or similar technical industry experience
- Experience translating code, technical logic, and user requirements to product/engineering requirements
Tasks
- Design and demo Sierra’s Agent product
- Offer technical solutions to customer needs
- Answer technical questions about solutions
- Work with Sales, Product, and Agent Engineering teams
- Drive GTM function
- Continuously improve Agents through customer feedback
- Understand and anticipate customer needs
- Support industry-leading AI solution
