Requirements

  • •4 years of experience with ServiceNow
  • •Experience implementing 2 major ServiceNow modules
  • •Deep experience with Portal and Workflows
  • •Performance monitoring and issue mitigation
  • •User, group, and role management
  • •Experience with upgrades
  • •Experience with HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript
  • •Experience integrating third-party tools
  • •Experience with LDAP integration
  • •Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
  • •ITILv3 certification is preferred
  • •ServiceNow Administrator certification is required
  • •Any additional ServiceNow certification is a plus
  • •BA/BS in Computer Science or IT
  • •Excellent written and spoken English and French
  • •Excellent communication skills
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
