Requirements
- Completed basic education and at least 2 years of technical or commercial training
- Minimum of 2 years in an IT-related role
- Proactive mindset with ownership and reliability
- Analytical skills with structured and solution-oriented thinking
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Service-oriented attitude with customer understanding
- Solid understanding of web services and API integrations
- Skilled in delivering detailed technical support
- Experience with helpdesk systems and ITIL frameworks
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Tasks
- Prioritize support activities based on SLAs
- Track and escalate bugs using Jira
- Manage the full lifecycle of incidents
- Maintain a solid understanding of the assigned product group
- Investigate and resolve escalated tickets with end-to-end troubleshooting
- Interpret service monitoring to proactively identify and address issues
- Execute basic deployments related to the product group
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date operational documentation in Confluence
- Collaborate with Application Management and Product teams to share feedback and manage escalations
