Requirements

  • •3-7 years of relevant work experience
  • •Experience in an analytical role
  • •Experience in a customer-facing role
  • •Experience in an in-house role
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
  • •Sales acumen
  • •Good understanding of Databases
  • •Practical experience in SQL and/or Python
  • •Experience with implementing AI agents
  • •Experience with RPA or BI Tools
  • •Experience in building Dashboards or Apps
  • •Passion for experimenting with technology
  • •Experience in identifying use cases for business process improvement
  • •Experience in deploying improvement measures
  • •Experience in planning and managing project scopes
  • •Good understanding of processes in the Public Sector
  • •Deep understanding of industry trends in the Public Sector
  • •Degree in Industrial/Business Engineering, Technology, Management, Political Sciences, Informatics, Mathematics or similar
  • •Security Certification (SIcherheitsüberprüfung) up to SÜ2

Tasks

  • •Discover and translate customers' strategic priorities into impactful Celonis use cases
  • •Build demos and business cases using industry benchmarks and best practices
  • •Conduct Value Assessments and communicate value opportunities to C-Level executives
  • •Facilitate business value workshops to identify opportunities for process enhancement
  • •Derive improvement measures in core business functions and initiate change initiatives
  • •Present results and realized value to senior management and C-level executives
  • •Manage the end-to-end customer value journey, including landing, expanding, and renewing
  • •Create a strategic expansion roadmap for embedding Celonis as a transformation platform
  • •Provide feedback to product development teams to enhance the Celonis platform
