Requirements

- 7-9 years treasury management experience in international company
- Focus on financing, rating agency models, bank relationships
- Hands-on capital market transactions experience
- Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with large data sets and establish complex models
- Distilling relevant conclusions from data
- Working experience of Treasury Management Systems and databases
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Winning team player skills
- Ability to mentor and develop junior team members
- Strong appetite for fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment
- Self-motivated with a hands-on attitude
- Proficient in English
- German language skills a plus

- Lead balance sheet optimization initiatives
- Support balance sheet optimization initiatives

- Create high quality analysis
- Create high quality presentations
- Develop robust analytical models
- Perform ad hoc analysis
