Requirements
- 10+ years of fund financing and/or capital markets experience in a leading bank, asset management firm or law firm
- Proven track record in structuring and negotiating innovative financing solutions
- Extensive network in private markets community
- Fast-paced, solution-focused mindset
- Excellent understanding of fund financing markets (subscription lines, NAV facilities, hybrids, credit risk, commercial and legal terms)
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- Strong project management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Teamwork, self-drive, and desire to contribute
Tasks
- Independently structure and negotiate financings for various funds and asset classes
- Proactively generate value-enhancing ideas and solutions
- Lead implementation of solutions
- Build internal relationships with key stakeholders
- Deliver financing solutions to stakeholders
- Identify and manage financial risks
- Maintain and expand relationships with banks and institutional investors
- Engage with legal counsel, asset managers, and market participants
- Manage a portfolio of credit facilities
- Operate within stated risk tolerances
- Develop individual team members
- Develop and maintain control frameworks
- Ensure efficient operations
- Minimize operational risks
