- •Knowledge of data migration tools and techniques
- •Familiarity with scripting languages for automation (e.g., Python, VBA)

Tasks
- •Support and maintain existing systems, including Lotus Notes
- •Prepare for future migrations or upgrades
- •Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and external vendors
- •Ensure efficient integration of CLM and CRM systems with enterprise applications
- •Adapt systems and workflows to meet regulatory requirements
- •Identify inefficiencies in current processes and propose improvements
- •Support the transition from legacy systems to modern platforms
- •Analyze and document existing CLM and CRM workflows
- •Provide technical support for Lotus Notes applications
- •Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CLM and CRM systems
- •Develop and customize CLM and CRM systems to meet business needs
- •Support the migration of legacy systems to modern platforms
- •Ensure enhancements comply with IT architecture and standards
- •Define and document test plans and scenarios
- •Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- •Act as a liaison between business and IT teams
- •Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements
- •Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes
- •Propose and implement solutions to improve system efficiency
