Description

As a Senior/Staff Product Designer in Zurich, you will be at the forefront of creating innovative security interfaces and translating complex AI concepts into user-friendly designs. This role involves defining quality standards and shaping the design team's culture.

Requirements

• •4+ years designing products and UX for technical users
• •Portfolio demonstrating ability to solve complex problems
• •Expert proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools
• •Deep understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and visual design
• •First principles thinker
• •Rigorous but pragmatic approach
• •Comfortable taking initiative in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• •Strong communicator in English
• •Genuine interest in understanding security and ML systems
• •Experience in security, AI/ML products, or developer tools
• •Background in building or scaling design systems
• •Prior experience at growth-stage or early-stage companies
• •Familiarity with using AI tools in design process

Tasks
