Tasks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date order book
- Manage order adjustments including release and launch date changes
- Plan and manage scarcity and rolling forecasts
- Clean up backorders and handle ad-hoc troubleshooting
- Forecast warehouse volumes and plan warehouse capacity
- Collaborate with warehouse coordinator for planning
- Provide visibility of launch volumes and ship dates
- Manage allocation horizons to capture launch demand
- Own strategic launch processes
- Understand and align with marketing and business needs
- Develop standard frameworks and templates for launches
- Support inbound planning, DC planning, and inventory management
- Drive On Time in Full (OTIF) delivery for launches
- Work with customer fulfillment to ensure smooth order fulfillment

- Bachelor's degreeOR
- Master's degree
