Senior Specialist, HR Transformation(m/w/x)
Driving projects across 40 countries, improving HR operating model and digital adoption. Several years' experience in consulting or HR projects, plus English and German fluency required. Direct exposure to CHRO agenda projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, business administration, science, or comparable
- Several years’ experience in consulting or HR transformation projects
- Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and German (verbally and in writing)
- Excellent understanding of process design projects
- Experience authoring in at least 1 process design solution like Celonis, ARIS, Signavio, Visio, or similar
- Excellent knowledge of Human Resources and related processes
- Proven project management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Tasks
- Drive HR transformation projects across 40 countries
- Contribute to improving the HR operating model
- Enhance digital adoption and service quality
- Support multifaceted projects on the CHRO agenda
- Collaborate with stakeholders in Global IT, Finance, Legal, and Procurement
- Conduct Global Process Design for all HR process areas
- Prepare and facilitate workshops with global and local stakeholders
- Author HR process documentation in MKS Process Designer
- Monitor and enhance Global HR documentation
- Identify areas for improvement in HR processes and systems
- Respond to inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Guide stakeholders to the available knowledge base
- Drive change through training and communication
