Requirements

  • •Passion for customer service in customer-facing roles
  • •Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively
  • •Good understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM)
  • •Strong understanding of Zero Trust Architecture and security concerns
  • •Hands-on experience in web, mobile, or backend development
  • •Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP
  • •Elite communication skills
  • •Ability to identify and manage multiple personas
  • •Confidence in dispensing knowledge to skilled audiences

Tasks

  • •Collaborate with account executives on territory and account strategies
  • •Conduct research to understand customer requirements
  • •Communicate the business value of cloud technology solutions
  • •Deliver POCs for customers with complex use cases
  • •Collaborate with Okta engineering teams as needed
  • •Craft technical content for implementing use cases and best practices
  • •Prepare and deliver demos showcasing the Okta platform
  • •Distill customer needs and product feedback for internal teams
