You will lead the evolution of Microsoft Copilot services, balancing technical governance with community engagement to drive adoption and ensure seamless, compliant AI integration across the organization.

Requirements

• •10 years experience in enterprise IT
• •5 years experience in service/product management
• •Understanding of Microsoft 365 and AI
• •Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
• •Familiarity with IT governance and licensing
• •Experience orchestrating architecture and delivery functions
• •Authenticity, reliability, and openness
• •Fluent written and spoken English
• •Basic knowledge of GDPR and privacy
• •Exposure to agentic AI and Copilot
• •Knowledge of AI performance benchmarking
• •Ability to translate business/technical needs

Tasks

• •Optimize end-to-end service delivery for Microsoft Copilot
• •Drive adoption through stakeholder and Microsoft collaboration
• •Manage budgeting, costing, and cost optimization
• •Coordinate resolution for escalated service-related issues
• •Lead governance meetings and maintain the issue backlog
• •Ensure compliance with data protection and security policies
• •Advise on processes for deploying Copilot Agents
• •Orchestrate the company-wide Copilot Champion community
• •Oversee rollout activities and training initiatives
• •Promote the Copilot service offering to the organization
