Tasks

  • Develop and monitor regional sales strategy
  • Achieve volume and profitability targets in Switzerland
  • Build and maintain relationships with brokers, companies, and distributors
  • Enhance Allianz Partners Health market profile and share
  • Meet and exceed sales targets for new and existing business
  • Align sales strategy with Allianz Partners Switzerland and Allianz Suisse
  • Interact with FinMA
  • Establish and maintain commercially successful relationships
  • Achieve annual targets for key segments and overall region
  • Present clients to group companies and brokers
  • Obtain commitment from brokers and group companies
  • Provide training and sales support to group companies and brokers
  • Offer point of sales support and direct client advice
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Support global and regional client groups
  • Share knowledge across segments, functions, and countries
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with Allianz entities and FinMA
  • Travel to markets as required
  • Update main business planning tool (SalesForce)
  • Cooperate and exchange with Allianz Partners colleagues
  • Maintain ongoing client relationships
  • Handle client issues and problems
  • Proactively ensure client satisfaction
